Para finalizar este 2011 y dentro del 2012. Un dato mas que interesante, para aquella persona que tiene una gran pasión por el Ajedrez en Brasil. Donde comenzó, quien fue su precursor y que partida existe de esa época. Solo es una síntesis esta primera parte. Prometo extenderme más sobre el tema.

Arthur Napoleao Dos Santos nació en Porto, Portugal y murió en Río de Janeiro, Brasil. Fue un compositor brasileño, pianista, instrumento distribuidor y editor de música - así como el padre fundador de ajedrez en Brasil.

Él organizó y ganó el primero torneo de ajedrez en Brasil que participaron 6 jugadores en la villa de Napoleao en Río de Janeiro desde enero 1880 hasta abril de 1880. Fue el profesor de ajedrez del hijo del vizconde de Pirapetinga, Joao Caldas Vianna .
He hosted and won the first chess tournament in Brazil participated 6 players in the village of Napoleao in Rio de Janeiro from January 1880 until April 1880. He was the teacher of the son of the Viscount of Pirapetinga, Joao Caldas Vianna chess.
